Deal expected to strengthen offering for energy industry clients

Swords, Ireland and Woburn, MA., USA (March 15, 2022) –OASIS Group, the largest privately-owned Information Management provider in Europe and Access, the world’s largest privately-held integrated information management services provider, jointly announce today the acquisition of the European and North American physical asset storage and services business of CGG Smart Data Solutions.

The deal includes OASIS’ acquisition of four facilities in Europe Access’, as well as Access’ acquisition of several North American facilities. All facilities remain dedicated to the storage and management of subsurface rock and fluid samples, paper and magnetic assets and access to complex digital data structures via the acquired PleXus solution.

Swords, Ireland (Wednesday, 20^th January 2020) – OASIS Group, the largest privately-owned Records and Information Management (RIM) provider in Europe has today announced the acquisition of NETarchief, the archive management division of Van’t Net Archiefbeheer B.V.

The Netherlands based storage company, NETarchief, was formed in 1998 to provide archive storage services alongside the established removals business. Under the terms of the agreement OASIS Group will integrate the NETarchief archive management business with OASIS Data & Document Management Netherlands B.V. 

The face of the workplace is changing rapidly. Regulation is becoming stricter, especially with regards to privacy. And with more clients opting to continue to work from home, we felt that integrating our archive services with OASIS Group was the most logical step for us and our clients.

The deal, which took place on Friday 23^rd October, marks a significant 50^th milestone acquisition for the OASIS Group.
